Very pleasant and experienced. Shelly Johnson introduced me to the areas I was interested in and the pros and cons of purchasing in these areas. Based on this experience we decided we were not quite ready to purchase.

Shelley was my saving grace during my short-sale situation with Wells Fargo. I was facing foreclosure and she came in to complete the short-sale; however, there were several complications with the bank and HOA (homeowners association) who were also coming after me. Shelley was able to negotiate with the HOA company as well as Wells Fargo on my behalf to finally get this deal closed after one full year. She also dealt with the renters that was in the property to get them assistance with moving. She went far and beyond her job obligation in order to help me get this done. I would highly recommend Shelley to handle any real estate transaction as she will give a 110% effort to help you get it done.

Shelley Johnson has been very instrumental in obtaining total disclosure regarding any properties that she shows or that you may have inquired about the status. She is very knowledgeable about the entire real estate process and she makes sure that every aspect is fully discovered, disclosed and discussed prior to any transaction being completed.

Shelley has handled some of the probate estate sales of real property that I have referred to her, and I must say all of the executors, administrations, and attorneys have been very satisfied.

Listen everybody when I tell you that Shelly Johnson is the Best !!! That is exactly what I mean. As a first time buyer, Shelly walked my wife and I through every step. She always return are phone calls, and was available late at night to answer any questions. She has a a finger on the housing market, and will tell you straight up if what your looking at , is a good buy. Not like some Agents, who will look out for their own commision and slamm you in anything, and call it a good deal. Her knowelege is superb !!! I know cause I did my research, and can honestly tell you she is a very down to earth , and professional agent to deal with. Her loan guy David was EXcellent.. We saw, found, and closed in no time flate. Got a 3.5% interest rate in great neighborhood with excellant neighbors, and great equity growth potential…… Thank you Shelly Johnson !!!!!!!

I met Shelley years before I was actually ready to buy. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the local market and passion for helping sellers and buyers. So when friends mentioned they needed a real estate agent I referred them to her. They too were impressed.

When I was finally ready to buy a new home and needed an agent, I called Shelley. I had met several agents since our introduction but the thought NEVER entered my mind to call them. We started looking in late 2011. I wanted to buy 4 units. She helped secure financing and located a foreclosure that fit my needs. I used FHA 203k financing.

Shelley was calm and professional at all times. Me on the other hand, was an emotional wreck. She helped me keep a cool head and remain focused on the ultimate goal. We closed in Summer 2012.
